Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: January 14, 2026

At Design Tich, all our products and services are digital. We do not ship physical items.

Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing the download link for your plugin(s) and your license key.
Account Access: You can also download your purchased products directly from your account dashboard on our website.
Issues: If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@designtich.com.

Timeline: The delivery timeline for web design and development projects is determined per the specific agreement or contract signed at the start of the project.
Delivery Method:
- Milestones: Updates and demos will be shared via a staging link for your review.
- Final Delivery: Upon project completion and final payment, the website will be migrated to your live server, or the source files will be sent to you via email/cloud storage as agreed.
Delays: Design Tich is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary content, credentials, or feedback in a timely manner.
