Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Design Tich, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress/Shopify development services and premium digital products. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. However, due to the nature of digital goods and services, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. Services (Web Design & Development)

Cancellation Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a full refund (100%) if you choose to cancel your service order before the actual design or development process has commenced. The “start of work” is defined as the moment our team begins the research, wireframing, or setup phase related to your project.

Cancellation After Work Begins: Once the project work has officially started, no refunds will be issued for the deposit or payments made up to that point. This is to cover the time, resources, and intellectual property allocated to your project.

2. Digital Products (WordPress Plugins)

We stand behind the quality of our plugins. If you are experiencing issues with a plugin purchased from Design Tich, we are here to help.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

  • Conditions: To request a refund, please contact our support team. While not required, we appreciate knowing the reason for the refund to help us improve our products.

  • After 30 Days: No refunds will be processed after the 30-day window has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
